Three HB Køge Women players called up for national team duty

Following next Saturday’s match against Fortuna Hjørring, an international break awaits and three HB Køge Women players will join their respective national teams.

Alberte Vingum and Mille Gejl
Alberte Vingum og Mille Gejl er begge udtaget af landstræner Jakob Michelsen til det danske A-landshold, der rejser til Spanien i slutningen af november. Her venter en træningskamp mod vores skandinaviske naboer fra Norge. Kampen spilles mandag den 1. december klokken 18.00 og kan ses på DR2.

Alberte Vingum and Mille Gejl have both been selected by national team manager Jakob Michelsen for the Danish senior national team, which will travel to Spain at the end of November. There, they will play a friendly match against our Scandinavian neighbours from Norway.
The match will be played on Monday, 1 December at 18:00 and will be broadcast on DR2.

Emilie Holt has also been called up for national team duty this time with the Danish U19 national team. They face three important European Championship qualification matches against Iceland, Kosovo, and Portugal. All three matches will be played in Portugal:

• Wednesday, 26 November at 15:00: Denmark – Iceland
• Saturday, 29 November at 15:00: Denmark – Kosovo
• Tuesday, 2 December at 16:00: Denmark – Portugal

These matches make up the first round of the European Championship qualification, where the top three teams in the group advance to round two, the decisive qualification phase for next year’s European Championship final tournament in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
