Maria Uhre celebrated her milestone in Scotland

When HB Køge Women played the second leg of the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup against Scottish side Glasgow City FC on Wednesday, 15 October, the team’s cultural cornerstone, Maria Uhre, reached a significant milestone.

On this evening, Maria Uhre played her official first-team match number 150 for HB Køge Women.

Maria Uhre has been part of HB Køge Women since the club played its very first official match in August 2019, a journey that has taken the team from the 1st Division through the Qualification League to the top of Danish and European football, marked by, among other things, three Danish Championship titles as the crowning achievements.

In the match against Glasgow City FC, forward Olivia Garcia also reached a milestone, playing her official first-team match number 50 for HB Køge Women.
