Emelía called up to Iceland’s national team for the first time

For the first time in her career, Emelía Óskarsdóttir has been called up to the Iceland senior national team, who will face Croatia in two first-round playoff matches as Iceland continue their pursuit of a place at the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The first leg will take place away in Croatia on Friday, October 9 at 18:45 Danish time, before Iceland host Croatia four days later in the decisive second leg on Tuesday, October 13 at 19:30 Danish time.
