Matchday Support Staff

Who are we hiring?
We’re looking for team players to grow our matchday team for the 2026/27 season. This is primarily a customer facing role, where you will work alongside our fantastic team of volunteers to ensure a smooth delivery of matchday services. Roles you may be asked to support with include:
- Preparation and sale of food & beverage
- Sale of club merchandise at our pop-up store
- Matchday ticket sales
- Supervision and delivery of fan-zone activations
You will also be required to assist with wider matchday operations, which includes some physical work to transport equipment and materials from storage to their required location.
Any previous experience is welcomed, but not essential. While the club’s primary working language is English, to effectively carry out this role, you will need to have a conversational level of Danish.
Practical Information
This is a part-time role, with working hours dictated by the schedule of the football season. Matches are primarily at weekends, with occasional midweek matches. You can find our full fixture schedule online.
We offer a competitive salary of 130 DKK / hour and provide food and drink whilst you are working. Shifts typically last 5-6 hours, starting around 3 hours before kick-off.
Depending on your interests and skills, there may be scope for additional work at the club outside of matchdays in the future.
