Who are we hiring?
We are looking for a Matchday Production Operator, who will work alongside our stadium announcer and media team to set up, test and operate the technical elements of our production, which includes the pitch side LED advertising boards, audio systems and the stadium scoreboards.
This is a central role in our matchday experience, and we’re looking for someone has a strong attention to detail and has reliable availability. Prior experience is not required – we will provide suitable training and supervision to help you get started – however any of the following will also be beneficial.
- Technically sound, with ability and confidence to perform basic troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Ability to work independently while collaborating and communicating clearly within a team
- Calm, focused and adaptable when working under pressure
- Creatively minded, able to design and edit basic graphics and suggest future improvements
- Genuine interest in Women’s football and belief in the power of sport in the community
Practical Information
You must be able to work flexibly to match the schedule of the football season, and ideally you will be able to commit to all home matchdays. Matches are primarily at weekends, with occasional midweek matches. We have a busy start to the season with European qualifiers, and we’d need you to be available for the following dates: 2nd, 5th, 8th & 15th August.
We offer a competitive salary of 200 – 250 DKK / hr depending on experience and provide food and drink whilst you are working. Shifts will typically be around 6 hours.
