Who are we hiring?
We are looking for a fan experience coordinator to play a key part in our matchday operational delivery and serve as a primary bridge to our fanbase. You will join our passionate business staff team on a full-time basis, and the ideal candidate is solution-minded and thrives in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable live sporting environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Matchday operations & execution – manage the logistics of matchday setup, including signage, ticketing and external vendors and completion of gameday operational checklists
- Fan engagement & communication – oversee high quality, timely responses to fan enquiries via official channels. Gather fan feedback & provide solutions to enhance supporter experience
- Fan Club growth – Oversee the communication and fulfilment of our fan club benefits and identify opportunities to grow the fan club and youth fan club
- Merchandise & retail operations – lead the management of inventory and contribute to the planning and execution of merchandise strategies, including seasonal and one-off items
- Events & special experiences – assist with or lead fan or community events including player autograph sessions, school or partner events, open training sessions, watch parties, or other club events
- Attend & contribute to meetings relating to wider business strategy, assisting other members of the team with high-priority assignments throughout the season
Role Requirements
- Educated to university level (or equivalent) in a relevant field OR 1+ year of relevant experience in an operational / event-based position
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Danish, spoken & written
- Demonstrable interest in the sports industry, preferably football, with an understanding of the industry as a fan, participant or previous work experience
- Willingness and availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg as needed for event setup, equipment management, or assisting with operational needs.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.
