About HB Køge Women
First launched in 2016, bringing world-class football to the Sjælland region, the club earned promotion four years in a row to reach the Danish Women’s League, topping the table and earning a UEFA Women’s Champions League berth in its first year at the highest division. Over the past nine years, the club has been the pinnacle of Danish women’s soccer, winning three Danish Women’s League championships and competing in the UEFA Women’s Champions League in 2021, 2022 and 2023. The club reached the group stage of the 2021 UEFA Women’s Champions League, where it faced off against top clubs like Barcelona and Arsenal.

Who Are You?
- You have a keen interest in developing movement patterns to improve movement competency in young footballers.
- Look to further the clubs practice through up-to-date research and continuous learning.
- Be keen to learn about our development pathway and aim to improve it.
- Are keen to help develop the premier performance environment for players and staff within Denmark.
- Be a student working towards their Degree in Strength and Conditioning or another relevant degree.
What Will You Do?
- Plan and deliver pitch-based programmes focussed on improving athletic performance and reducing injury risk in young female footballers.
- Monitor programme effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments to team and individual programmes.
- Help contribute to the club’s future performance vision for our U14 teams and under.
- Assist the Head of Performance in evaluating player progression through the programme.
- Help create the foundation of our academy’s physical development continuum.
- Help create a co-ordination plan with our mother club Køge BK on how we can improve the physical ability of players joining HB Køge at U13

Special Requirements Of The Job
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg as needed for event setup, equipment management, or assisting with operational needs.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.
- Must be capable of working in physically demanding environments, including navigating stairs, ramps, and elevated platforms during venue conversions.
- Ability to work outdoors continuously for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
